Welcome to Kiora. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Kiora website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
In these terms, "Kiora", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Kiora, Trade License No. TRAD/DNCC/015861/2025, registered at 60 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Tejgaon, Dhaka 1215, Bangladesh. "You" and "customer" refer to the person browsing the website or placing an order.
The website is intended for customers in Bangladesh. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and, where applicable, are inclusive of taxes. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour or packaging may occur. Stock availability is shown on each product page and may change while items are in your cart. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors and to limit order quantities.
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm the order and, for prepaid orders, payment has been verified. We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — in cases such as stock or pricing errors, incomplete or incorrect delivery details, suspected fraud, or where delivery is not feasible. If we cancel a prepaid order, you will receive a full refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
We accept online payment through SSLCommerz (credit and debit cards, mobile financial services such as bKash, Nagad and Rocket, and internet banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payments are processed on SSLCommerz's secure gateway; Kiora does not see or store your full card or account credentials. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
Before placing an order, you must tick the checkbox confirming that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Return & Refund Policy.
Standard delivery timelines are 5 working days inside Dhaka and 10 working days outside Dhaka, with delivery charges shown at checkout. Full details are on our Delivery Information page. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (for example weather, strikes or courier delays).
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Approved refunds are completed within 7–10 working days of approval.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent activity.
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent or speculative orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
All content on this website — including the Kiora name, logo, text, graphics and layout — is owned by or licensed to Kiora and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Kiora does not display third-party advertisements on this website. We are responsible for the content published here.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiora's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
